FITZGERALD, Jacob Thomas. 10th July 2006 to 28th May 2023. As a result of a tragic accident, in his 17th year.  It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a much loved and treasured son of Steve, Kelly (deceased) and Xidan Fitzgerald, big brother to Ellie and Sophie. Treasured grandson of Jan and Herby Fitzgerald and John and Jenny Chesterman (deceased).  Much loved nephew, cousin and a loyal friend to everyone who knew him. A celebration of his short life will be held at the Novotel Hotel, on Saturday 3rd June 2023 at 11am. 

Taken too soon, you will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved you. RIP you gorgeous young man.
